Scout Camp 2009

4th of July

We had an awesome breakfast at Mom and Dads and swimming at the Ashdowns followed by a BBQ. Fireworks at my house for some of us and watched the Boston POPs fireworks special on CBS. All in all it was and awesome day! God Bless the USA!!! God Bless Our Troops wherever they are in the world!!!

Washington DC Police Memorial Week 2009

Some pics from the Police Week Memorial and Washington DC sites in May 2009. I was able to travel back for the placing of my friend William "Bill" Hakim's name on the wall of the Memorial. He died in a tragic explosion in Woodburn, Oregon on December 12, 2009. These are just some pics of the Memorial itself and some of the surrounding sites.
